You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an Account or use any paid services on the 100cui Platform. The Company operates a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. We may at any time request documentary proof of age. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 21, the Account will be suspended pending verification and all pending transactions will be held.
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the 100cui Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Platform is directed at adult players in markets where online gambling is not prohibited. Residents of Prohibited Jurisdictions are not eligible to hold an Account. The Company accepts no liability for any breach by a player of applicable local laws in relation to gambling.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, or activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players. Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the player, the Company may retain any balance in satisfaction of losses or costs incurred. Where an Account is closed without fault on the player's part, the Company will return any positive real-money balance via the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
100cui reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
